Since 2008, RSV Eintracht has been hosting the Parforceheide Cross Run, which offers local runners the opportunity to experience the beautiful nature surrounding the sports field on Heinrich-Zille-Straße. The race takes participants through the Parforceheide and makes use of the terrain's features, including small inclines, sandy sections, as well as asphalt and cobblestone paths. The goal is to provide a delightful running experience in nature, rather than achieving personal bests like in flat road races. Distances of 5 and 10 km are offered for youth and adults, along with a 3 km course for students and a 1 km Bambini run, ensuring there is something for everyone.
